i found the rooms to be amazing. the cleaning staff ensured my water was always refilled. i even received towel art sometimes (which was a nice touch). the food was tasty with something new to try.
the cups offered for beer were too small. the cocktail options were not great, with limited non-alcoholic and non-fizzy options. i thought better drink choices are expected for a hotel of this quality.

Meal times were chaotic, and finding a place to sit together as a family was difficult. the quality of drinks was subpar. Small paper cups and self-service drink machines were common, often dispensing only soda water when syrup ran out. rude guests from certain countries pushed and shoved, with no manners. They made up the majority of the hotel guests

the rooms are great. the cleaning staff refilled water regularly and made towel art. the beach bar staff was very helpful. osama remembered our drink preferences. reception upgraded us to a better room. staff carried our luggage to our room.
meal times were chaotic. it was hard to eat as a family because we had to look for food separately. the drinks are poor, with small paper cups and self-service machines. the machines sometimes ran out of syrup.

The resort offered many swimming pools suitable for kids. Various parks were available for children to play in and a nice kids club was also available. I found the food diversified and tasty. It never got boring. The sea had diverse fish including large ones.
The entertainment was okay.

The staff was amazing and had smiles. They provided five-star customer service and aimed to keep guests happy. The staff were helpful and quick, especially at the restaurant, cooking and cleaning tables.

This hotel is just perfect for families, really charmed me. The room was very big and clean, exactly what we asked for. Great! The hotel has several restaurants and bars, the service is very good. There are many lifeguards around the pools.
The gym equipment is quite basic.

the room it provided, a beautiful double or twin room pool view, was amazing. cleaning staff always made sure i had enough water and even surprised me with some towel art. the food was delicious. i always found something new to try. the restaurant staff was very helpful and quick, both with cooking and cleaning tables.
